1. Who We Are

Response Florida is a marketing service operated by Zorvo Digital LLC, a Florida-based company. Response Florida connects homeowners who need emergency water damage and mold remediation assistance with licensed Florida restoration contractors.

Response Florida does not perform home services. All remediation, assessment, and restoration work is performed by independent, licensed third-party contractors. Zorvo Digital LLC acts solely as a lead generation and connection intermediary.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing responseflorida.com, submitting the callback form, or calling the phone number displayed on this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this site or submit your information through it.

3. Description of Service

Response Florida provides a connection service that:

Receives your contact information and service request
Routes your request to one or more licensed Florida restoration contractors in your area
Facilitates initial contact between you and a licensed contractor for scheduling purposes

Response Florida is not a party to any agreement between you and the contractor who responds to your request. Any contract for services, pricing, warranties, or work scope is between you and the responding contractor directly.

4. Service Limitations and No Guarantee

Response Florida makes no guarantee of:

Contractor availability in your specific area at the time of your request
Response time — stated response times are estimates based on typical operations and may vary
The quality, outcome, or pricing of any work performed by a connected contractor
That a contractor will be dispatched to your location

Contractor coverage varies by geography and time of day. If no contractor is immediately available, we will make reasonable efforts to follow up with alternative options.

5. Contractor Licensing and Responsibility

All contractors referred through Response Florida represent that they hold applicable Florida licenses required for the services they perform, including mold remediation licenses required under Florida Statute Chapter 468, Part XVI. Response Florida does not independently verify license status in real time and makes no warranty regarding contractor licensing.

It is your responsibility to verify contractor credentials before authorizing any work. You may verify Florida contractor licenses through the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation at myfloridalicense.com.

6. Your Responsibilities

By using this service, you agree to:

Provide accurate contact information and an honest description of your situation
Not submit multiple duplicate requests for the same property simultaneously
Not use this service for commercial properties, rental properties where you are not the owner or authorized agent, or any non-residential purpose without prior authorization
Be available to receive a call from a contractor within a reasonable time of submitting your request

7. TCPA Consent and Communications

By submitting the callback form, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Response Florida and licensed Florida contractors at the phone number you provide. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

This consent is not a condition of purchase. If you wish to receive services without providing consent to electronic communications, please contact us directly.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THIS SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. RESPONSE FLORIDA EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Response Florida does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular contractor will be available to respond to your request.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY FLORIDA LAW, ZORVO DIGITAL LLC AND RESPONSE FLORIDA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Property damage resulting from delayed contractor response
Any act or omission of a connected contractor
Loss of data or business interruption
Any reliance on information provided on this site

In no event shall our total liability to you for any claim exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from your use of Response Florida that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property disputes.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Zorvo Digital LLC or Response Florida.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. To the extent any dispute is resolved in court rather than arbitration, you consent to exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Florida.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of responseflorida.com after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice, though we are not obligated to do so.
