Privacy Policy
How Response Florida collects, uses, and protects your information when you request emergency water damage or mold remediation assistance.
Effective Date: March 2026
1. Who We Are
Response Florida is a marketing service operated by Zorvo Digital LLC, a Florida-based company. Response Florida connects homeowners who need emergency water damage and mold remediation assistance with licensed Florida restoration contractors. We do not perform home services — all remediation work is performed by licensed third-party contractors.

2. Information We Collect
When you submit the callback request form on responseflorida.com, we collect:
- Your name
- Your phone number
We do not collect payment information, Social Security numbers, or any other sensitive personal data through this site.
We also collect standard technical data when you visit: your IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, and pages viewed. This is used solely for understanding site traffic through analytics tools (Google Analytics 4).
If you call the phone number displayed on this site, your call may be recorded for quality assurance and TCPA compliance documentation purposes. You will be informed of recording at the start of the call.
A TrustedForm certificate is captured with each form submission for TCPA compliance documentation. This records a session replay and timestamp of the consent interaction.
3. How We Use Your Information
Your name and phone number are used exclusively to:
- Connect you with a licensed Florida water damage or mold remediation contractor in your service area
- Follow up on your service request if a contractor is not immediately available
We do not use your information for unrelated marketing, email campaigns, or resale to unrelated third parties.
4. Who Receives Your Information
Your contact information is shared with licensed restoration contractors in your Florida service area for the purpose of responding to your service request. These contractors are the entities that will contact you to schedule an assessment and perform remediation work.
We do not sell your information to data brokers, advertising networks, or any third parties outside of the service connection purpose described above.
We may also share your data with:
- TrustedForm — TCPA compliance certificate provider. TrustedForm captures and stores documentation of your consent at the time of form submission.
- Google Analytics — anonymized, aggregated website analytics only.
- Make.com — our form processing automation platform that routes your submission to licensed contractors.
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or regulatory authority.
5. TCPA Consent and Communications
By submitting the callback form on responseflorida.com, you consent to receive calls and texts from Response Florida and licensed Florida water damage and mold remediation contractors in your area regarding your service request. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
To request removal from all communications, email privacy@responseflorida.com with "Opt Out" in the subject line.
TrustedForm certificates documenting your consent are retained for TCPA compliance purposes as described in Section 6.
6. Data Retention
We retain your contact information and associated TrustedForm TCPA compliance certificates for 5 years from the date of submission, consistent with TCPA compliance requirements. After 5 years, your information is deleted from our systems unless an active legal matter requires retention.
Analytics data (anonymized) is retained per our Google Analytics configuration, typically 14 months.

You have the right to:
- Request access to the information we hold about you
